A great article about training solo

As an athlete who trained primarily solo for very large majority of running, and now cycling career, I can appreciate this article. For a lot of people who normally do have run groups or large group rides during the week or weekends, (in both cases, schedules and training for the week are often based around these meetups) COVID has changed that. Social distancing has forced people to do their work alone (or if going into the virtual world of Zwift can be with others on a screen which is great but not quite the same) and for many who are used to being pushed by others, you may feel that you are falling out of fitness or not as in shape becuase you are not hitting splits as you may have, or rides seem a lot harder then would be and if so, you should be able to relate to this article by Alex Hutchinson for Outsideonline.com
