Personal Training

As a NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I am able to provide a training plan that will be focused solely on you and your needs. After an initial assessment that will help determine what you are looking for and what you need, I will then create an individualized program that focuses on targeted muscles and muscle groups that are essential to you, and your body's needs. You will be as strong as your weakest link, and let me help you eliminate those through a combination of core exercises, upper and lower body exercises, and stability and balance exercises that will improve strength and functional movement. With a controlled eccentric-based movement pattern, we will set up a program that will provide greater strength and flexibility, decrease body fat, increase your range of motion, and help you reach your goals. 

Whether you are young or old, a current or former athlete, someone returning from injury or strengthening for a knee replacement, or have health concerns ranging from obesity to cancer or Parkinson's, I have extensive experience working with a wide range of clientele and will design the program based specifically on you and your needs.
